REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

Custom Tailoring Services 

  • Once the tailoring process has commenced, returns or refunds are not accepted.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for custom tailored based on incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • In the event of a workmanship issue on our part, we will provide complimentary corrections, adjustments, or a full replacement, as appropriate, within 2–3 days after the issue has been reported.

Blazer Rental Services 

As part of our refund and return process, we may temporarily collect a valid form of identification, such as a national ID, passport, or driver’s license, as a security measure.
Alternatively, customers may choose to provide a full cash security deposit in place of an identification document. The required deposit amount varies depending on the type of the item.

All identification documents or cash deposits are held securely and will be returned in full once the item is returned in accordance with our policy.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a partial refund (excluding booking/processing fees).
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable.

Returns

  • Blazers must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time.
  • Late returns may incur additional rental charges.
  • Returned items must be in original condition.

Damages & Loss

  • Any damage beyond normal wear (stains, tears, burns, missing buttons, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
  • Lost items will be charged at full replacement value.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 0-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Transaction or processing fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect measurements or details provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability
  • Services already completed or partially completed.

Alteration Services 

  • No refunds once alterations are completed.
  • If you are not satisfied due to a workmanship issue, we will provide one free re-alteration within 4 days of pickup.
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect instructions provided by the customer.
